Gnumeric 1.7.8 aka "TBD" is now available.

The Gnumeric team is proud to announce the release of Gnumeric 1.7.8, a development release. This release requires the concurrently released Goffice 0.3.7, see below.

The number formatting engine has been totally rewritten fixing hundreds of issues with the old one.
